the mpg up in the high 40s!! | Cambelt and water pump were done in december. | New battery and alternator. | 4 very good tyres. | Mot was passed with the car only needing a drop link on the front anti roll bar and a inner cv boot! | 11 months MOT and will have six months tax as of tommorow. | Car will be having a full de swirl polish and interior valet this week. | Alloy wheels. | Half leather sports interior. | Air con, cd player (with aux output in armrest for ipod, i phone etc) | Mileage may seem high to some people at 207,000 miles but when calculated works out roughly at 80 miles a day from when the car was new. Regularly doing lots of motorway driving I see 50mpg on the trip computer. As an example I did a 500 mile round trip the other day and it cost me £65. :) | Car is definatly worth a look and will be happy to show you around it and take you for a drive. in class, cruise control, excellent economy - typically averaging over 50MPG on a tank and well over 60MPG on long journeys, and low road tax - £120). A good companion for me over the last 4 years and well looked after by only other owner (an elderly gent who had done 13k in 2 years) and by me (main dealer service history). New tyres in mid 2011. Hasn`t worked too hard - no towing or lugging - just getting me from A to B and UK holidays. Bought it after 20 years of driving GT sportscars when petrol and road tax started to spiral and I couldn`t justify the expense. Now I work 5 minutes from home and do very low miles, so I`ve gone back to an Alfa Romeo GT! Hence the Saab is now surplus to requirements. Been sitting outside my office for the last couple of months, where it can be viewed by arrangement.
